This Acceptable Use Policy explains the standards that apply when you access or use Commenta, including any AI-assisted reply, automation, YouTube, or Google-connected functionality.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Commenta to engage in or facilitate:

spam, bulk posting, or automated abuse;
misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, or manipulative replies;
harassment, hate speech, threats, illegal content, or abusive conduct;
impersonation of any person, brand, creator, or organization;
attempts to bypass platform protections, moderation controls, or security safeguards;
abuse of YouTube APIs, Google APIs, or connected platform permissions;
large-scale scraping or data extraction outside permitted API usage;
violations of the YouTube Terms of Service or related platform policies;
generation or publication of harmful, abusive, or unlawful AI-assisted responses; or
reverse engineering, probing, or attempting to derive the Service's internal systems.

Responsible Use of Automation Tools

Automation features must be used responsibly and with appropriate human oversight. You remain responsible for reviewing content, configuring reply behavior, and ensuring that actions taken through the Service are lawful and suitable for your audience and platform obligations.

Compliance with YouTube and Google Platform Policies

Users must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable Google platform rules and API policies when connecting accounts, processing comment data, and publishing replies.

Rate Limits and Fair Use

You may not use the Service in a way that unreasonably burdens platform APIs, infrastructure, or shared resources. Rate limits, quotas, throughput controls, and other fair-use restrictions may be applied to protect the Service, platform integrations, and other users.

Enforcement Actions

Kandefer Group Ltd. Şti. may investigate suspected misuse and may respond with warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, account suspension, or termination where appropriate.

Reporting Abuse

Suspected abuse, policy violations, or security concerns should be reported promptly so they can be reviewed and addressed.
