Billing and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the monthly or yearly cadence displayed for the selected plan or checkout flow. The applicable price, currency, and billing interval are shown before you complete a purchase.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing term until you cancel.

You may cancel renewal at any time through the available billing management tools. Unless applicable law or checkout terms provide otherwise, cancellation takes effect for the next renewal and your current paid period continues until it ends.

Any refund rights are subject to applicable law, checkout disclosures, Paddle purchase terms where applicable, and any refund policy then stated for the Service.

Taxes may apply at checkout depending on your location, billing country, and tax status. Where required, tax is calculated and collected during checkout.

Paddle acts as merchant of record for purchases made through Commenta. Paddle is responsible for checkout, payment processing, billing administration, tax calculation and collection where required, and invoice issuance.

Billing records and invoices are generally made available through Paddle or the related billing workflows. If you believe you were billed in error, contact support promptly before initiating a chargeback where possible.

Chargebacks, payment reversals, or unresolved disputes may result in temporary limits on Service access while the issue is reviewed.

The Service does not add hidden platform fees beyond the plan price, applicable taxes, and any separately disclosed amounts shown during checkout.
