Terms of Service

Commenta is a software service operated by Kandefer Group Ltd. Şti. that helps users review YouTube comments, analyze audience activity, generate AI-assisted replies, and, when authorized by the user, publish replies back to YouTube.

Features, usage limits, and availability may change over time. The Service is offered as a business tool and does not replace your responsibility for reviewing content, managing your accounts, or complying with third-party platform rules.

You may use the Service only if you can enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction and are authorized to use the Google, YouTube, payment, and other accounts you connect.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, controlling access to your workspace, ensuring the lawfulness of your use of the Service, and all actions taken under your account.

Paid features may be offered on subscription plans. The plan tier, billing cadence, pricing, and included usage limits are shown on the pricing surfaces and at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.

Paddle acts as merchant of record for purchases made through the Service. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, billing operations, tax calculation and collection where required, and invoicing under Paddle's own terms and policies.

You may cancel renewal at any time through the available billing management tools. Unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law, cancellation stops future renewal and your paid access continues until the end of the then-current billing period.

You agree to keep billing details current, pay applicable charges when due, and promptly resolve failed or disputed payments.

You may not use the Service to:

• violate any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
• breach YouTube, Google, or other connected-platform terms or policies;
• send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content;
• circumvent security controls, rate limits, plan limits, or access restrictions;
• interfere with the Service, connected APIs, or other users' access; or
• upload code, automations, or inputs intended to disrupt or exploit the Service.

If you connect a Google account or a YouTube channel, you must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and any applicable Google API terms and policies.

Kandefer Group Ltd. Şti. may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created security or abuse risk, failed to pay applicable charges, or if suspension is required by law, a platform provider, or a legitimate operational need.

We may also limit access to connected channels, pending reply actions, or billing tools while an issue is being investigated.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Kandefer Group Ltd. Şti. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, output accuracy, compatibility with every third-party platform, or any specific business result.

You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and for any actions taken on your connected accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kandefer Group Ltd. Şti. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent mandatory local consumer protection law applies.
